KEYLODGE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- Definitions
Owner/principal: refers to the owner of the furnished tourist accommodation who has instructed Keylodge to put it in seasonal rental;
Agent: designates Keylodge in its capacity as representative of the owner;
Host: refers to Keylodge in its capacity as seasonal rental manager vis-à-vis the traveler.
Traveler or you: refers to people who have booked a furnished tourist accommodation for seasonal rental through Keylodge;
Mandate: refers to the contract concluded between the owner and Keylodge for the seasonal rental of the furnished tourist accommodation.
Contract: refers to the contract for the reservation of the furnished tourist accommodation concluded between the traveller and Keylodge and its annexes (in particular these general conditions of sale);
Furnished tourism/accommodation: refers to the property rented seasonally.
- Object
Keylodge carries out a rental management activity by which, as an agent of the owner of accommodation, it rents accommodation to travelers.
Travelers book accommodation mainly through specialized online platforms and thus conclude this reservation contract which is communicated to them in their online customer area.
This reservation contract also includes in appendix the general conditions of sale with the aim of defining and organizing all the rights and obligations of the parties.
These general conditions of sale can also be consulted from the www.keylodge.fr website .
- Essential obligations of Keylodge and the Traveler
has. The essential obligations of the traveller
As part of the execution of the Contract, the traveler undertakes in particular to:
- Pay the price before arrival in the accommodation, namely the prices of the stay, extras, tourist tax and securing the deposit;
- Proceed with its registration, the modalities of which are provided for in Article 6.b of these conditions;
- Make reasonable use of the furnished tourist accommodation in accordance with article 21 of these conditions.
b. The essential obligations of the Host
As part of the execution of the Contract, the Host undertakes in particular to:
- Provide the traveller with access to the furnished tourist accommodation and ancillary services mentioned in Article 3 of the booking contract;
- Carry out a cleaning service before the traveler's stay under the conditions of Article 14 hereof;
- Carry out any technical or maintenance intervention when necessary for the smooth running of the traveler's stay provided for in Article 22 hereof.
- Noise
Noise and noise are strictly prohibited in Keylodge accommodations.
It is essential to guarantee the tranquility and peacefulness of the neighborhood and the neighborhood of the accommodation that the Traveler occupies during his reservation.
In case of noise pollution, Keylodge reserves the right to mandate a private security company for intervention on site: place of reservation.
The private security team is authorized by Keylodge to enter the accommodation in order to stop all noise pollution, to evacuate people who should not be present in the accommodation (if the capacity of the accommodation is not respected and it is greater than the limit set by Keylodge).
In case of non-compliance with this clause, causing a disturbance to the neighborhood and the tranquility of the neighborhood: Keylodge reserves the right to suspend the stay purely and simply, without refund of the stay and nights not spent.
Keylodge also reserves the right to intervene the police in the event of non-cooperation of Travelers.
The first intervention of the security team will be invoiced to the Traveler and debited via the bank imprint of the deposit for an amount of € 100.00 TTC (one hundred euros).
Each additional intervention will be charged 150,00 € TTC (one hundred and fifty euros).
- Authorized capacity
The maximum capacity allowed in the accommodation is specified in the booking contract above in Article 1.3.
has. Exceeding the maximum authorized capacity
Exceeding the maximum authorized capacity is subject to Keylodge's written approval. The traveler can make the request to Keylodge by e-mail to: assistance@keylodge.fr. If the Traveler has not received express authorization from Keylodge to exceed the maximum capacity, Keylodge is entitled to ask people not included in the reservation to leave the premises without any compensation. Unauthorized occupants must also pay the tourist tax for the nights consumed, as defined in Article 16 of these GTC.
b. Declaration of the number of occupants at the time of booking
When pre-booking, the Traveler must specify the number of occupants who will stay in the accommodation. The Traveler has the possibility to modify this information until his day of arrival in his Check-in Online.The number of occupants indicated will allow Keylodge to ensure the supply of linen in correspondence with the needs of the stay as well as to collect the tourist tax when paying for the reservation. In case of error or reporting of the number of occupants staying inaccurate, Keylodge will ask you for the regularization of the information as well as the payment of the tourist tax for people who have not yet paid it, as defined in Article 15 of these GTC.
- Conditions of access to accommodation
The transmission of access to tourist accommodation is subject to compliance with the following conditions:
a. Full payment of the reservation and security of the deposit
The Traveler must pay in full for his reservation before entering the accommodation as indicated in Article 2.1 of the reservation contract as well as have secured his deposit via bank imprint as indicated in Article 2.2 of the reservation contract.
b. Réalisation du Check-in online
The Traveler must have checked in: Check-in Online. In order for the check-in to be validated, the traveler must:
- Transmit your identity document
- Initial and sign the reservation contract as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Transmit his phone number and e-mail
- Communicate your approximate time of arrival
- Terms of access to your accommodation: upon arrival:
The terms of access to your accommodation are accessible from your digital welcome booklet, once the conditions of access to the accommodation have been met as defined in Article 6 above.
has. Arrival time and early check-in
The check-in start time is indicated in your welcome booklet as well as in the booking contract in article 1.4.You will be able to access the accommodation from this time in complete autonomy. Any request for early arrival (before the time indicated in the welcome booklet or in the reservation contract) must be the subject of a written request to our service by e-mail:
assistance@keylodge.fr. The request for early arrival may be granted according to the possibilities offered by Keylodge's booking and management schedule.Early access to the accommodation will be subject to additional billing to the Traveler. b. Access to accommodation and keys to accommodation
The following information can only be consulted 48 hours in advance from your welcome booklet (as a security measure), once the online check in has been validated:
- Exact address of the accommodation;
- How to recover keys;
- Code of the key box (allowing to recover in autonomy the keys) in a secure safe.
The digital welcome booklet allows you to find the exact address of the accommodation, the GPS coordinates of the latter, as well as a detailed explanation of the route to take to access the accommodation independently.
For the case of autonomous access: The recovery of the keys of the accommodation is also carried out autonomously, via a system of connected key box unless otherwise stipulated by Keylodge by e-mail or in the digital welcome booklet. The key box code issued in the welcome booklet is not functional before the indicated arrival time. In the case of physical access: You will be given the contact of the person who will welcome you on site. It is necessary to contact the person in charge of your key collection and reception to arrange an appointment (schedule) for key collection. Contact information and possible key delivery time slots will be indicated to you by e-mail or in the digital welcome booklet.
c. Inventory production
In accordance with Article 11 of these conditions, the Traveler must carry out the inventory of the Meublé de tourisme.
- Terms of access to your accommodation: upon departure
The terms of access to your accommodation are accessible from your digital welcome booklet, once the conditions of access to the accommodation have been met as defined in Article 6 above.
has. Departure time and Late Check-out
The maximum time to check-out is indicated in your welcome booklet as well as in the reservation contract in article 1.4.The accommodation must be vacated at the latest at the time indicated, in complete autonomy. Any request for late check-out (after the time indicated in the welcome booklet or in the reservation contract) must be the subject of a written request to our service by e-mail:
assistance@keylodge.fr. The request for late departure may be granted according to the possibilities offered by Keylodge's booking and management schedule.The late departure of the accommodation will be subject to additional billing to the Traveler.
b. Accommodation key collection
For autonomous access:
The return of the keys of the accommodation is carried out independently, via a system of connected key box unless otherwise stipulated by Keylodge by e-mail or in the digital welcome booklet. The key box code issued in the welcome booklet is not functional after the indicated check-out time.
Under no circumstances should the keys be left on the door of the accommodation, under the doormat or in the mailbox.
In case of impossibility of delivery of the keys in the key box provided for this purpose, you must contact Keylodge assistance by phone at 02.62.83.00.50 in order to be assisted in your approach. You remain responsible for the keyring and accommodation if the latter has not been returned to the safe (connected key box) provided for this purpose after your departure. Costs related to the recovery of keys by Keylodge as well as in the event of a claim related to the non-correct closure of the accommodation may be charged to Travelers, if the key collection procedure is not respected.
In the case of physical access:
You will be given the contact of the person who will collect the keys. It is necessary to contact the person in charge of your key collection to arrange an appointment (schedule) for key collection. Contact information and possible key delivery time slots will be indicated to you by e-mail or in the digital welcome booklet.
Under no circumstances should the keys be left on the door of the accommodation, under the doormat or in the mailbox.
In case of impossibility of delivery of the keys to the contact provided, you must contact Keylodge assistance by phone at 02.62.83.00.50 in order to be assisted in your process. You remain responsible for the keyring and accommodation if it has not been handed over after your departure time.
Costs related to the recovery of keys by Keylodge as well as in the event of a disaster related to the correct non-closure of the accommodation may be charged to Travelers, if the key collection procedure is not respected.
c. Elements to check and carry out before your departure
Before your departure, it is requested to check the following:
- Closing shutters and doors;
- Turn off lights and air conditioners;
- Return of clean dishes;
- Disposal of waste and garbage cans in the collective or external bins of the accommodation;
- Delivery of keys in the key box;
- Emptying the refrigerator.
This list is also available from your digital welcome booklet.
d. Completion of the inventory
In accordance with Article 11 of these conditions, the Traveler must carry out the inventory of the Meublé de tourisme.
9. Customer Service & Traveler Assistance 7 days a week
A Customer Service is available to the traveler under the following conditions:
Monday to Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
By phone, at 0262 83 00 50 (passenger service) or by email assistance@keylodge.fr.
An Assistance Service is available to travelers (only for Travelers staying at Keylodge) for all urgent requests via an on-call service under the following conditions:

- Traveler User Account and Access:
has. Traveler user account
Keylodge provides the Traveler with an extranet (digital welcome booklet), allowing him to find the following information:
- Details and modalities of the reservation;
- Cancellation conditions;
- Description of the accommodation booked;
- Photos of the booked accommodation;
- Terms of access to accommodation (for Check-in and Check-out);
- Guides to the operation of the accommodation equipment;
- Guides to the tourist attractions of the region;
- Module d’inventaire au check-in et check-out.
The booklet also has a chat to communicate with Keylodge customer service.
b. Access
The access information is written on your digital Welcome Booklet, available before your arrival.
10. Equipment conformity
Each accommodation complies with the mandatory equipment, namely:
- Presence of a smoke detector;
- Presence of security system in case the accommodation has a swimming pool.
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 2010-238 of 9 March 2010, the installation of a smoke detector, officially called a stand-alone smoke detector (DAAF), is mandatory in all residential dwellings.
The smoke detector installed in the apartment or house must bear the CE marking. It must comply with standard NF EN 14604, which must be verified by an approved laboratory.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L 128-1 and L 128-2 of the Construction and Housing Code providing that private unenclosed in-ground swimming pools for individual or collective use must be equipped with a standardized safety device, the pool is equipped with a safety device present below:
- A protective barrier and means of access to the basin;
- An alarm system;
- A safety cover and a hanging device;
- A pool enclosure or a safety device that complies with the requirements of Article R 128-2 of the Construction and Housing Code.
11. Inventory
An autonomous inventory module is available for the Traveler to carry out his inventory of fixtures of entry and exit by adding comments and photos.
The Traveller must imperatively report any damage or absence of elements mentioned on the module and, more generally, any problems related to the equipment of the Meublé de tourisme under the conditions of Article 16.d of these conditions.
12. Selling price
The selling price of the stay is defined during your pre-booking on the booking platform as well as in Article 2.1 of your booking contract above.
In accordance with the principle of Revenue Management, prices are dynamic and fluctuate according to objective parameters related in particular to the time of booking, the climatic context, the chosen period (school holidays) ...
Therefore, the selling price per night may differ from one date to another.
Commercial Offers & Promotions:
Commercial offers & promotions may be available all or part of the year and for one or more accommodations.
They are stipulated on the website and the various booking portals at the time of booking, or on specific pages intended for the promotion of offers.
a. Non-refundable Offer:
The non-refundable offer allows you to benefit from a reduced rate (-10%) compared to the standard rate.
Upon acceptance of this offer the standard cancellation conditions as described in Article 17 of these GTC are no longer applicable.
This offer includes specific cancellation conditions, and applicable only when the Traveler subscribes to the offer. The cancellation of the reservation does not allow any refund. Keylodge will retain 100% of the amount of the reservation regardless of the cause of cancellation.
b. Promotional Code:
The use of a promotional code may or may not be combined with other current offers or discounts depending on the nature of the promotional code available to the Traveler.
The promotional code has a validity date and is not transferable to another user.
c. Commercial discounts:
Commercial discounts will be visible from the accommodation sheet on the www.keylodge.fr website and in the booking portals. Specific pages to display business operations are also available.
13. Amount of Cleaning Fee, Laundry
The amount of the cleaning and laundry fees are indicated during your pre-booking on the online booking platform;
The cleaning and laundry service includes the cleaning of the accommodation, the supply of linen, the supply of consumables.
This Service is carried out once at the departure of each Traveler in order to provide quality accommodation for all stays.
This Service does not include in any case the provision of the service for the entire duration of the stay.
The cleaning service includes floor cleaning, dusting of furniture and equipment, cleaning of sanitary facilities and bathrooms, collection of garbage cans and cleaning of barbecues.
The following elements do not fall within the scope of the Service provided by Keylodge and are the responsibility of the Traveller:
- Maintenance of dishes and household appliances;
- Cleaning of refrigerators.
In the event of non-compliance with this rule, Keylodge will invoice the Traveler for an Additional Service related to the restoration of the elements mentioned above.
This additional Service will be invoiced and collected by Keylodge from the Traveller through the bank imprint secured as a deposit.
The parties expressly acknowledge and accept this condition.
14. Additional Services and Extras
Keylodge offers Travelers an additional service, giving them the opportunity to book additional services and extras to improve the quality of their stay such as extra cleaning, linen, cot, high chair, etc.
All these Services and Services are invoiced and collected in addition to the amount of the reservation by Keylodge.
The services and services can be carried out directly by Keylodge or by its network of partners.
The additional and Extra Services available can be booked and consulted from your digital welcome booklet.
These services are available exclusively to travelers staying at Keylodge.
15. Tourist Taxes
The tourist tax is due for any booking as indicated below and on the booking portal.
The tourist tax is calculated according to a scale in force defined below:
has. For accommodation in Reunion Island:
- Unclassified accommodation: 5% of the amount of the nights
- Accommodation classified 1 star: 0.80€ per person, per night
- Accommodation classified 2 stars: 0.90 € per night, per person
- Accommodation classified 3 stars: 1.10€ per person, per night
- Accommodation classified 4 stars: 1.50€ per person, per night
- Accommodation classified 5 stars: 2€ per person, per night
16. Deposits, Bank Footprints and Property and Casualty Insurance
has. Security and amount of the deposit
In order to guard against damage, the Traveler acknowledges and accepts that a deposit defined by Keylodge is taken for each reservation of an accommodation.
The deposit is defined according to the typology of the dwelling, as follows:
- Studio & T2: € 500.00 (five hundred euros)
- House and Apartment T3 and +: 600,00 € (six hundred euros)
- Villa: € 1000.00 (thousand euros)
The deposit is a bank imprint that is secured 48:00 hours before the date of stay and released after 30 days.
It is essential to have the funds available at your bank.
The security of the deposit will be done under the following conditions (cf. article 2.2 of the reservation contract and article 35 of these conditions):
- Request to secure the deposit by email sent by Keylodge three days before the beginning of the traveler's stay;
- Security of the deposit by the Traveler two days before the beginning of his stay via a payment link.
The security of the deposit is a mandatory condition for Keylodge to deliver access to the accommodation.
The non-securing of the deposit does not allow to benefit from cancellation conditions specific to those specified above and does not give right to a refund of the stay, even if it has not been consumed by the Traveler.
b. Trustiway Damage Insurance
In addition to this deposit, each reservation includes in its sale price a damage and civil liability insurance Traveler, except for reservations made through the Airbnb booking portal.
Keylodge has entered into a partnership with Trustiway to guarantee for each stay specific compensation conditions defined below:
The insurer will cover:
a) Rental liability
Following a fire, an explosion, water damage, frost originating in the premises, the pecuniary consequences of the liability of tenants or occupants under articles 1732 to 1735 and 1302 of the Civil Code for damage to movable and immovable property belonging to the owner of the rented accommodation (except rented boat), expert fees and travel or replacement expenses as well as relocation costs made essential following a guaranteed disaster.
The insurer also guarantees the financial consequences, loss of rent or deprivation of use suffered by the owner. Damage to other vessels is excluded.
This guarantee is exercised up to 500,000 euros all damages combined.
(b) Appeals by neighbours and third parties
Following a fire, an explosion, water damage, frost originating in the premises, the pecuniary consequences of the liability that tenants or occupants may incur under articles 1382, 1383 and 1384 of the Civil Code for all bodily injury and material damage caused to neighbors and third parties and for which the rental liability guarantee above has played.
This guarantee is exercised up to 500,000 euros all damages combined.
c) Civil liability for material damage
Other accidental damage and/or theft-vandalism caused to movable property subject to the inventory and located inside the rented dwelling and to real estate belonging to the owner of the rented accommodation. This guarantee shall be exercised up to EUR 4 000. https://bit.ly/3ChLTjd
In the event of disasters, breakages, thefts, damages: Keylodge will inform the Traveler of the claims noted and will send him the quote(s) or invoice(s) for repairs / repairs, with a view to an amicable resolution of the claim.
Keylodge will use the deposit (bank imprint) and/or Trustiway insurance to compensate for repair costs.
In the event of a claim, a deductible will be deducted from the Traveller's deposit, for an amount of:
- Damage: 80,00 € TTC
- Civil liability: 480,00 € TTC
In the case of damage:
- For any repairs below the amount of the damage allowance, Keylodge will deduct the costs directly from the Traveler's deposit;
- For all repairs whose amount is greater than that of the damage deductible, Keylodge will use Trustiway insurance to compensate the loss falling within the conditions of compensation of Trustiway or will deduct the costs directly from the deposit for claims not falling within the conditions of compensation of Trustiway.
c. Reclamation costs
Refurbishment Fees will be charged in accordance with the following fee schedule: https://bit.ly/bpu-maintenance. For any repairs below the amount of the damage deductible, Footbridge Fees will be due to Keylodge and deducted by it on each compensation, as follows: € 27.86 TTC.
d. Keylodge Damage Detection Process
The traveler has an inventory module in the welcome booklet, allowing him to report to Keylodge the defective, broken, damaged elements, which would not comply with the inventory of the accommodation, this within the following deadlines: - 4 hours for stays less than or equal to 3 days;
- 24 hours for stays longer than 3 days.
The Traveler must complete the inventory module at check-in and check-out. In addition, Keylodge carries out at each traveler's departure an inventory of the property in time-stamped photo and video format.
Keylodge will compare the elements in order to identify any damage and will contact the traveler in the event that damage has been found.
In the event that the traveler does not report any anomaly during check-in: the accommodation is deemed to be in good condition, which the traveler accepts.
In the event that the Traveler does not report any anomaly during his check-out and Keylodge finds that there has been damage, deterioration and / or any problems related to the equipment of the accommodation or accommodation stricto sensu, the Traveler will be held responsible on the basis of the only elements collected by Keylodge which will prevail.
It is therefore strongly advised to the Traveler to carefully carry out his exit and entry inventory in order to guard against compensation for anomalies found at Keylodge.
17. Cancellation and postponement conditions
has. Conditions for postponing the stay
The Traveler may request the postponement of his stay in the following cases:
- In the event that the local authorities have issued a red alert due to tropical storms or cyclones;
- In the event that the local authorities have pronounced a general containment measure due to the Covid-19 health crisis.
This list is exhaustive.
In the aforementioned cases, the Traveler will benefit from a credit whose amount will be fixed and equal to that paid for the stay initially planned.
He will then be able to book a stay again at a later date for the same accommodation or another of his choice depending on the availability of accommodation.
The price of the stays being dynamic in accordance with Article 12 of these conditions, if the amount of the credit does not cover the full price of the new stay, the balance remaining to be paid is the responsibility of the Traveler.
b. The conditions of cancellation of the stay
- For the Keylodge platform
Case of apartments:
The Traveler can cancel his reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the date of the beginning of the stay. Otherwise, the Traveler may always cancel his stay but the amount of the reservation will be entirely retained by Keylodge as compensation.
Case of houses, villas
The Traveler can cancel his reservation free of charge up to 21 days before the date of the beginning of the stay. Otherwise, the Traveler may always cancel his stay but the amount of the reservation will be entirely retained by Keylodge as compensation.
In the event that the Traveler is affected by the Covid-19 disease, his stay is maintained and he will not be able to obtain any refund, unless he has subscribed to the Trustiway cancellation insurance offered by Keylodge under the conditions below.
Case of the offer Non-refundable
This offer includes specific cancellation conditions, and applicable only when the Traveler subscribes to the offer. The cancellation of the reservation does not allow any refund. Keylodge will retain 100% of the amount of the reservation regardless of the cause of cancellation.
Keylodge offers Travelers the possibility of taking out additional cancellation insurance, which is invoiced in addition to the amount of the reservation, according to the terms defined below:
The traveler has a period of 10 days from the moment he books, after this period it will still be possible to subscribe to the insurance but a deficiency of 7 days will be taken into account, which will block the guarantees.

In the event that the Traveler has booked via a partner platform (Airbnb, Booking...), Keylodge invites the Traveler to refer to the cancellation conditions provided for in the general conditions of each platform, available on their website as well as the cancellation conditions available for your reservation.

18. Termination clause
Any total or partial non-performance of the following commitments may result in the termination of the contract if Keylodge sees fit:
- In the event of non-payment in full of the price, in accordance with Articles 6a of these conditions;
- In the event of failure to register the Traveller (Check-in) under the conditions of Article 6b of these conditions;
- In case of failure to secure the deposit in accordance with Articles 6a and 17a of these conditions.
The resolution will take place ipso jure, without judicial formality, at the end of a period of 48 hours from the sending to the Traveler of a formal notice by e-mail or on the messaging of the booking portals mentioning the intention to avail himself of this clause remained without effect, without prejudice to Keylodge's other rights.
19. Traveller Complaint
Travelers have the possibility to make complaints related to their stay in the event of the occurrence of specific problems, anomalies or non-compliance of an element of the reservation.

The support will be provided by Keylodge as soon as possible.
In the event that Keylodge proposes a solution or proposes an intervention of its technical service to resolve the complaint and that the traveler refuses any passage of Keylodge, no commercial gesture can be requested by the traveler.
20. Use of property as a reasonable person
The traveller undertakes to use the property as a reasonable person and in particular to:
- Ensure that the accommodation is always locked every night and generally at each departure from the accommodation;
- Ensure minimum maintenance of the accommodation;
- Do not degrade the equipment of the accommodation;
- Respect the obligations of Articles 4, 5, 7, 8 and 21 of these conditions;
- Turn off air conditioners and lights when the dwelling is unoccupied;
- Make sure to turn off the air conditioners if the windows, bay windows of the house are open;
- Ensure a reasonable use and consumption of the energy of the dwelling (water, electricity) in a concern of sustainable responsibility.
21. Use of the Internet and TV channels
has. WiFi service usage charter
The use of the WiFi service is subject, in the first place, to compliance with the laws and regulations in force. The use of this service implies irrefutable acceptance by the user, without any signature being necessary, of all the provisions and obligations contained in this Charter.
He undertakes to use both his computer equipment (laptop, personal assistant) and this service, in a manner consistent with the law and clear etiquette by refraining in particular from any behavior and any use contrary to public order and morality.
In particular, he must not use his equipment or service for illegal, illicit, prohibited purposes, that is to say, without this list being exhaustive:
- It undertakes to comply with the law and is prohibited from accessing, putting online or displaying content and information, whether or not it comes from being posted on the Internet but considered illegal by texts or courts such as information, messages, texts, images or videos of a violent nature, incitement to violence or hatred, degrading to the human person, pornographic or paedophile and/or having a provocative nature and offending the integrity or sensitivity of anyone;
- The user undertakes to respect the privacy of any person and the secrecy of correspondence, he is prohibited from intercepting any message and communication transmitted by telecommunications;
- It undertakes to comply with the legislation on personal data and the automated processing of personal information as well as the legislation and texts relating to copyright, trademarks, patents, intellectual and industrial property. It is forbidden any reproduction or use in violation of these laws, whether multimedia creations, software, texts, press articles, photos, sounds, images of any kind, trademarks, patents, designs and models, it being specified that any mention relating to the existence of rights on these elements and / or data and / or files may not be deleted and that any reproduction of a work or one of these Elements and/or files and/or data without the consent of the holder of the rights constitutes an infringement ;D the context of the use of this service, the user is prohibited from:
- collect or collect any information about third parties without their consent;
- defame, disseminate, harass, stalk, threaten or violate the rights of others; create a false identity;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to a service and/or file, or data;
- distribute or download elements containing software or other elements protected by intellectual property rights, unless he holds such rights or has received all the necessary authorizations to do so; to send any unwanted message or to send spamming;
- to send any letter and/or electronic message containing threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, indecent, unlawful or infringing the rights of persons and the protection of minors;
- transmit any virus, Trojan horse, logic bomb or any other harmful or destructive program to third parties and/or any user;
- attempt to gain and maintain unauthorized access to and reliance on an automated data processing system;
- disrupt the services and/or content and/or data to which it accesses;
- to send chain letters or offer so-called "snowball" or pyramidal sales;
- to send any advertising, promotional message or any other form of unsolicited solicitation or canvassing;
It is up to the user to check that he has the hardware, software, browsers allowing him to use this service. The user who remains solely responsible for the security and protection of his connected equipment. Keylodge is not responsible for possible connection problems depending on the computer and the agents do not intervene on the personal equipment of the users.
The service provider can in no way be required to compensate for direct and / or indirect damage suffered as a result of the use of the WiFi service by the user, the latter being under the responsibility of the users in compliance with this Charter. The user acknowledges that the service provider cannot be held responsible for the content or services to which he accesses and does not guarantee the accessibility of the contents and services or the speed of use, access to the WiFi service may be suspended at any time without notice.
We inform users of the service that the new provisions applicable in the fight against terrorism imply the obligation to keep for a period of 12 months the technical connection data, namely: sender, recipient, time, duration and place of origin of communications with the exception of their content.
You declare that you have read this Policy in its entirety, agree to comply with it and acknowledge that your material, its content and the use of the WiFi service are your sole responsibility.
b. Television channels
For accommodations with access to television channels either by satellite or via an internet decoder. The traveler is not allowed to subscribe to TV channel subscriptions not subscribed upon arrival in the accommodation.
He acknowledges and accepts that any subscription to complementary TV channels will be invoiced to him as well as the cost of intervention of a technician in order to reconfigure the television channels at the initial upon his arrival.
c. VOD rental
Depending on the accommodation, the traveller has access to VOD rental media.
The traveler is not allowed to subscribe to VOD rentals.
The traveler acknowledges and accepts that any VOD rental will be invoiced by Keylodge.
22. Disruption to the proper functioning of Keylodge's mission
a. Interventions techniques
In accordance with legal requirements and in execution of its mandate, Keylodge is required to carry out any repair necessary for the conformity of the equipment and the smooth running of the travelers' stay.
As a result, the traveler is informed that, when necessary, Keylodge may intervene in the accommodation to carry out technical interventions, without the traveler being able to oppose it.
However, the traveler will be informed in advance of the indicative dates and times of Keylodge's intervention through the Traveler customer area or by e-mail.
b. Maintenance interventions: swimming pool, garden, jacuzzi
The accommodations with an outdoor area, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi benefit from regular maintenance as needed, and this, in the presence or absence of travelers on the premises.
However, the traveler will be informed in advance of the indicative dates and times of Keylodge's intervention through the Traveler customer area or by e-mail.
23. Method of execution
Keylodge will carry out and organize its activities freely and independently, without any relationship of subordination with the Traveler. The Traveler acknowledges that any reservation and rental contract for the sale of stays will be concluded directly between Keylodge and the Traveler. The Services will be provided by Keylodge and its staff.
24. Date of signature and effective date of the booking contract
The booking contract is concluded on the date of confirmation of the reservation.
The reservation contract takes effect from the same date.
25. Limitation of liability
The traveler is reminded that Keylodge, in its capacity as agent, is subject to the principle of non-liability of the agent.
It can therefore not be held responsible in particular:
- The condition of the property;
- Failure to comply with the legal requirements of the Town Planning Code, the Construction and Housing Code and the Tourism Code;
- Failure to comply with the mandatory administrative procedures in the context of seasonal rental.
Only the owner/principal is liable for this.
26. Modification of the Booking Agreement
Modifications, amendments and additions made to the Agreement shall only be valid if they are made in writing and signed by both Parties.
In the event of changes to these general conditions, the new conditions will take effect within one month of their written transmission to the traveler.
If the Traveler does not accept the new general conditions, he may terminate the Contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt with a notice of one month.
Failing to terminate the Contract within 7 days of receipt of the new general conditions, the changes are deemed accepted by the Traveler.
27. Force majeure
The party who invokes a case of force majeure as defined by Article 1218 of the Civil Code, temporarily or permanently preventing him from fulfilling his obligations in whole or in part, must notify and justify, without delay, to the other party.
Subject to the application of Articles 1218 et seq. of the Civil Code, if the case of force majeure produces its effects for more than one month, either party may terminate the Contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt subject to thirty (30) days' notice.
The case of Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to, the following: natural disasters, wars, explosions, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, insurrections, terrorist acts, riots, civil unrest, rebellions, social conflicts.
28. Information on the right of withdrawal
The traveler does not have a right of withdrawal, under Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the latter must refer to the cancellation conditions of the reservation.
29. Assignment
Keylodge may freely assign all or part of the rights arising from this Agreement, in particular in the event of a restructuring of Keylodge, whether in the context of an acquisition, merger/takeover, partial contribution of assets or sale of business.
In this case, the transferee will be bound by the same rights and obligations as Keylodge.
In the event of a transfer, Keylodge undertakes to inform the Traveller as soon as possible.
The Traveler hereby declares his consent to this transfer and may not oppose it.
30. Independence of the parties
Nothing in this Agreement is intended and shall be deemed to establish a de facto or de facto company or joint venture between the Parties, or to constitute a contract of employment vis-à-vis the other Party, or to authorize a Party to enter into commitments or make commitments on behalf of the other.
31. Confidentiality
Each Party undertakes, throughout the term of the Contract, not to disclose to anyone any Confidential Information of the other Party. Either Party may disclose Confidential Information of the other Party:
I. To those of its employees, officers, representatives and consultants who need to know such information in order to enable the relevant Party to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement. Each Party shall ensure that its employees, officers, representatives and advisers to whom it discloses the Confidential Information of the other Party comply with the provisions of this Article; and
II. If required by law, by a court, or by a competent governmental or regulatory authority, provided that notice of such required or required disclosure is provided to the other Party as soon as possible prior to disclosure;
III. If the information was lawfully in his possession before receiving it from the other party;
IV. If the information had, on or after the date of signature of this Convention, fallen into the public domain
32. Data protection – personal data
The Traveler authorizes Keylodge to enter all information concerning the Traveler and the information contained herein, on computer files, the Traveler may exercise his right to rectification under the conditions provided for in articles 37 and following of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 amended.
For the purposes of the Contract, Keylodge collects personal data concerning the Traveler in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016.
The latter undertakes to implement all technical and organizational measures to preserve the security and confidentiality of the personal data thus collected.
These data will be kept by the latter in accordance with the law in force.
Keylodge undertakes not to use the personal data collected other than for the purposes of the execution of this Contract as well as for conservation and archiving purposes for a period strictly in accordance with its legal and regulatory obligations.
The Traveler is informed that he has a right of access, rectification, limitation, erasure and opposition to the processing of his data, and the right to formulate advance directives on the use of his data after his death, as well as the right to the portability of his data.
In the event of death and in the absence of instructions from the Traveler, Keylodge undertakes to destroy the data, unless their retention is necessary for probative purposes or to meet a legal obligation.

and this, by justifying his identity by any means.
Keylodge's Privacy Policy, setting out its procedures for collecting and processing personal data and recalling the rights of the persons concerned, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is set out on its website.
33. Mediation
In the event of a dispute relating to this Contract or its annexes, the traveler has the right to submit the dispute to consumer mediation.
The Traveler can enter, if he wishes, the Medimmoconso whose coordinates are as follows: 1 allée du Parc Mesemena 44500 La Baule.

34. Clause deemed unwritten
If any provision of this Agreement or its annexes were to be cancelled or deprived in whole or in part of its effects by a decision or event beyond the control of either party, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall not result in the nullity of the Contract.
The parties expressly agree to replace the provision(s) cancelled or rendered ineffective if one of them so requests.
35. Terms of conclusion of the contract by electronic means
The Traveler books the furnished tourist accommodation via online booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, Keylodge ...
On each platform, the Traveler has the explanatory sheet of the furnished tourist accommodation gathering its main characteristics, price, availability and cancellation conditions...
To finalize his reservation, the Traveler must select the desired dates. He or she will then have to:
- Validate the selection;
- Indicate his personal information;
- Give your payment information by credit card.
In order for the reservation of his stay to be finalized, the Traveler must:
- Read the general conditions of sale via a hyperlink and accept them by ticking the dedicated box;
- Authorize Keylodge to send instructions to the financial institution that issued its card in order to withdraw the deposit and balance due, in accordance with the conditions of the reservation contract by ticking the box provided for this purpose.
The Traveller then receives an email confirming his reservation as well as an email providing him with access to his customer area in which he must fill in his police form: information of his personal information, transmission of an identity document, electronic signature of the reservation contract and general conditions, information on the progress of the stay (including arrival time) ...
The security of the deposit occurs under the conditions of article 2.2 of the reservation contract and 17a of these conditions:
- Request to secure the deposit by email sent by Keylodge three days before the beginning of the traveler's stay;
- Security of the deposit by the Traveler two days before the beginning of his stay via a payment link.
