Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que la climatisation du bas ne fonctionnait pas correctement, et nous allons faire le nécessaire pour résoudre ce problème. Votre suggestion d'ajouter une climatisation dans la deuxième chambre du haut est précieuse, et nous allons l'examiner de près.
