L'appartement est propre, décoré avec goût (rénovation récente), parfaitement équipé (cuisine, climatisation, salle de bain...). La terrasse avec vue (lointaine mais quand-même) sur la mer est un plus.

La place de parking est appréciable. A noter : appartement au premier étage avec ascenseur. La proximité de la voie rapide permet de se rendre rapidement partout, en évitant les bouchons du centre-ville de Saint-Pierre. Bref, je recommande sans hésitations, que ce soit pour des séjours professionnels ou de loisirs, confortable jusqu'à 4 personnes. |

Pas grand chose à dire si ce n'est peut être 2-3 petites pistes d'amélioration mais qui ne m'ont pas empêché de passer un bon séjour :

Mettre en évidence la localisation différente de la boîte à clé : c'est écrit mais machinalement on a tendance à aller au logement puis à chercher la boîte à clé. Ajouter un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle. La diffuseur d'odeur dans les WC fait beaucoup de bruit quand il se met en fonctionnement. J'ai enlevé la pile pendant mon séjour. |
