We are glad to welcome you to the Balcons du sud residence, which includes two T1bis as well as a villa that can accommodate up to 14 people. They are in Les Avirons, located in the southwest of the island.
The "Perle de l’Océan” villa can accommodate 8 people and is ideal for a peaceful stay with family or friends in the southwest of the island.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
✅ An independent kitchen, overlooking the pool, thought for your stay, with all the dishes and kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, as well as a refrigerator and a freezer.
✅ A living room equipped with a television, a sofa and a dining area.
✅ Two master suites with queen size bed, private bathroom and closet. One of the suites opens to a balcony with sea view.
✅ A third bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed, a small office area with a bonus balcony offering an unobstructed ocean view.
✅ A gym located in the basement with a television as well as a double sofa bed and laundry area.
✅ A shared bathroom with bathtub, sink, and hairdryer.
